Francisco Garcia, EA, Founder & President
Prior to graduating from CSU Stanislaus in 1997, Francisco worked directly from home servicing the bilingual community where the need was great. Since 1994, his reputation in the industry became a favorable one which enabled Francisco to purchase his first office space ten years later. In 2013, he became an Enrolled Agent in the greater part of the San Joaquin Valley. Francisco brings forth 22 years of extensive experience in personal income tax, payroll services and tax resolution services. His off-the-job interests include gardening, sailing, and traveling.

Michael J. Schultz, Enrolled Agent & Retired IRS Revenue Officer
Born in Poughkeepsie, NY. Graduated from Marist College in May of 1971. He began working at the Internal Revenue Service in Poughkeepsie, NY in July 1971 as a Field Collection Agent, official title “Revenue Officer.” Promoted to Group Manager in May of 1982. Managed Collection Groups in Kingston, Poughkeepsie and New Windsor in New York until July 1996 where he returned to the field as a Revenue Officer. Retired from the IRS in January 2011 representing people who have become delinquent in filing and/or paying IRS and/or NY State Taxes. Represented taxpayers who owe as much as $6,000,000. Currently resides in Henderson, NV with clients all over the country.
